Explore the Outdoors with APL!

APL is partnering with Chino Hills State Park for "From Libraries to Parks" to let 4th graders and their families know how they can visit 19 fantastic state parks using the CA State Adventure Pass! The CA State Adventure Pass is available to 4th graders and their families and provides free entry to 19 fantastic state parks. 

A Chino Hills State Park ranger will visit the Central Library’s Children’s Room on Saturday, March 18, at 10 a.m. to present information on the Park and the Adventure Pass program. 

Families with 4th graders will have the opportunity to sign up for a free pass and be able to visit Chino Hills State Park for a fun interactive program and free lunch! Families that do not have transportation to the park can take a roundtrip ride on a shuttle to the Chino Hills State Park from Central Library.

AnaCon is Back!

Science fiction, comics, and pop culture take over the Central Library on Saturday, April 15th, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. with dozens of artists, creators, and enthusiasts. Get your picture taken with Star Wars characters, compete in a cosplay or trivia contest, meet Comic Creators from BOOM! Studios, make fandom-inspired crafts, and be there for the exclusive release of our special edition Grogu (Baby Yoda) library card!
